Cancellation policy

We look forward to seeing you and are honoured that you have chosen Luxurious Laser and Cosmetics to share your time with, which is why we have put aside a designated time slot just for you.

We understand things can come up, however, we ask that our time be respected also by providing a 24 hour or more notice of a cancellation or rescheduling. A cancellation/rescheduling made less then 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee totalling 50% of the cost of your appointment. The same will apply for no-shows and removing an area at the time of your scheduled appointment.

A credit card will need to be registered into your account when booking an appointment. Luxurious Laser and Cosmetics reserves the right to process the charges in the event of a cancellation, no-show or rescheduling when less then 24 hours before the designated appointment.

Because appointments are scheduled back to back, the fee would also apply if the patient is late and we are unable to fit them into the schedule.

We understand that life happens and there are uncontrollable circumstances that can arise, which is why we will carefully review each situation.
